Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your unwashed, unused items back into their original packaging to ensure they stay protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
